Session 7: Breathing in everyday life
Practising the breathing techniques in every day life can get your body used to breathing more freely. As you learn to breathe from the stomach and through the nose, and practise the slow breathing and breath hold techniques whenever you need to, you should find that you are more able to take part in activities you may have previously found difficult – like swimming, gardening or playing with children.
